SEVEN offers contemporary minimalist clothing for men and women. While we strive for accuracy in our product descriptions, colors, and images, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen display differences, or material characteristics.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without prior notice.

Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on SEVEN are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

We currently accept UPI and card payments (credit/debit) through secure third-party payment gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

By completing a transaction, you authorize us and our payment partners to process your payment securely.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently offer free domestic shipping within India only.
Orders are typically processed immediately and delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a confirmation email or message once your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

Returns and Refund Policy

a. Returns

We take great care in ensuring the quality of every product
Returns are accepted only if:

• You receive a defective or damaged product, or
• The product received is incorrect.

To initiate a return, you must contact us at buy@seven.in within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

b. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.

Please note that:

• We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or minor variations in color/texture.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product (as per our return policy) and place a new order.
