Domestic Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days and usually delivered within 3–10 working days depending on the location. We charge a flat Rs. 100/- shipping charges for all orders.

Returns

We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unused and unworn
  
• In original condition
  
• With all tags intact
  

Please note, returns will not be accepted due to change of mind.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are applicable only for size-related issues, subject to stock availability.

Refund Policy

Approved returns are refunded via Seven Store Credit / Gift Card for future purchases.

Reverse Pickup & Return Charges

Reverse shipping charges may apply on returns/exchanges depending on the number of items.

Defective / Incorrect Products

Any defect, damage, or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with images/videos via WhatsApp or email.
